What is the difference between a NASM Certified Trainer and the other certifications?

The National Academy of Sport Medicine’s Integrated Training approach is a concept that incorporates all forms of training in an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system.  These forms of training include Flexibility training, Cardio-Respiratory training, Core training, Balance training, Reactive training, Speed, Agility and Quickness training and Resistance training.

What all that means is that the NASM approach is designed to provide you with the building blocks of achieving and more importantly maintaining your goals while providing you with a healthier and happier lifestyle.
